Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of industrial equipment, return policies vary based on the type of product ordered.

🔁 Returns

• Standard items may be eligible for return within 15–30 days of delivery, depending on the product. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Restocking fees may apply.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order equipment, modified or configured equipment, and any item specifically identified as “As-Is” or “Final Sale” on the product listing are not eligible for return.

🛑 Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Orders already in process or involving specially sourced equipment may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
